Air One Pro 22

Set the pressure, then let it stop itself

Air One Pro 22 pump on an air mat with its hose connected and the display showing a pressure reading.

Up to 22 PSI with auto-stop

Set a target anywhere from 0.4 to 22 PSI in 0.1 steps and read it in PSI, kPa or bar. The pump stops itself at that pressure.

Diagram of the two-stage motor: high-speed mode at 250-400 L/min and low-speed mode at 70 L/min.

Two-stage BLDC dual motor

High-speed mode moves 250-400 L/min to fill volume fast, then low-speed mode runs at 70 L/min to finish the job under higher pressure.

USB-C cable plugged into the pump's charging port; rated input 5 V-2 A, full charge about 5 hours.

Cordless 15,000 mAh battery

A built-in 15,000 mAh pack gives about 40 minutes of running per charge. It tops up from any USB-C cable at 5 V / 2 A.

The eight nozzles lined up with their outer and inner diameters, from 7 mm to 32 mm outer diameter.

Eight nozzles for mixed gear

Nozzles from 7 mm to 32 mm outer diameter plus a silicone adapter fit air tents, mats, sofas, boards and household inflatables.

Top view of the pump's two ports, with arrows showing air leaving the outlet and entering the intake.

Inflates and deflates

A separate outlet and intake let the same pump fill gear and pull the air back out for packing down. Deflation runs slower than inflation.

The Air One Pro 22 pump and its air hose packed inside the open EVA hard case.

1.1 kg body with EVA hard case

The 1.1 kg body fits one hand, and the EVA hard case holds the pump, hose and nozzles together between trips.

What it works with

Compatible withCompatible
Mount River Neo Nest 80 Air Cot Tent Reaches the tent's 4.5 PSI working pressure in about 45 seconds in vendor in-house testing. Sold separately.✓
Mount River Sky Mat Wave 77 Insulated Sleeping Pad Low-pressure gear: set the target to the pressure the pad is rated for. The pump adjusts from 0.4 PSI in 0.1 PSI steps and stops there. Sold separately.✓
Air mats, sofas, tubes, pools and paddle boards Fits valves that accept one of the eight supplied nozzles (7-32 mm / 0.28-1.26 in outer diameter) or the silicone adapter.✓

Maximum output is 22 PSI (1.52 bar); always check the recommended pressure of the item you are inflating and set the target below it. Nozzle fit depends on the valve: inflatables with non-standard valves may not seat even at the same nominal size, so check the valve opening first. Inflation times quoted here come from vendor in-house testing and vary with conditions of use.

Questions about the Air One Pro 22

Will it inflate the Neo Nest 80 Air cot tent?

Yes. The tent runs at 4.5 PSI, and in vendor in-house testing the pump reaches that pressure in about 45 seconds. Times vary with temperature, valve fit and how you set the target. The Neo Nest 80 Air is sold separately.

What can I actually connect it to?

Eight nozzles from 7 to 32 mm / 0.28 to 1.26 in outer diameter, plus a silicone adapter, cover air tents, air mats and sofas, tubes and pools, paddle boards and household inflatables. Valves that are not a standard size may not seat even when the nominal diameter matches, so check the opening before you inflate.

How long does a charge last, and how long does it take to charge?

About 40 minutes of running per charge, from a 15,000 mAh built-in pack. It charges over USB Type-C at 5 V / 2 A and reaches a full charge in about 5 hours. Run it no longer than 10 minutes at a time and let it cool; it also stops on its own after 20 minutes of operation.

Does it pull air out as fast as it puts air in?

No. Deflation runs slower than inflation on this pump. Set a target above 5 PSI before you start drawing air out, and keep both ports clear while it runs.

From the crew

BIGTENT ·Coquitlam, BC

One pump for the whole kit is the point: set the target pressure and it stops itself — 4.5 PSI for the Air tent, which fills in about 45 seconds, or a gentle 0.7 PSI for the Sky Mat. That 0.4–22 PSI range with auto-stop is what makes it safe to hand one pump both jobs. USB-C charging, eight nozzles, and about 40 minutes of running per charge covers a weekend of inflating and deflating.
