The Japanese-designed Recta Tarp L Set in Large includes the large Recta Tarp and all required pieces for set-up. Use the eight person tarp for larger outdoor gatherings, regardless of season. The HD construction is engineered to more efficiently channel rainfall and withstand wind pressure. Shield processing applied to the fabric provides additional UV protection and shading, that can feel 2-4 degrees cooler than tarps without. The Set includes Solid Stakes, Poles, Copper Head Peg Hammer and Carry Case.

When do I get the tracking number for my orders?
Most products: within 1–3 business days after you place your order.
Bigtent Direct products: usually within 2–3 business days, once the package leaves our overseas hub.
Bigtent Explore products: about one week after your order, once the shipment arrives at our Canada warehouse and is dispatched to you.
I am ordering from US, is there anything I need to beware?
For U.S. orders, customers usually pay import duties, sales tax, and fees upon delivery, just like a regular cross-border shipment. In the past, items under $800 were duty-free, but that exemption has ended and tariffs now apply. On Bigtent Direct products in your order, a tariff deposit is prepaid at checkout to help avoid unexpected charges and delays at customs.
Why isn’t free shipping applied even though I reached the free-shipping threshold?
Did your order include any Bigtent Direct (BD) products?
BD items are excluded from our free-shipping offer, since we already apply a tier-based shipping rate designed to charge you the minimum possible cost for air-direct delivery.
In addition, some products with large dimensional weight or discounted items also be excluded from the free-shipping threshold.
Aside from these cases, free shipping is applied automatically once your order qualifies.

Where is Bigtent Outdoors Ltd. located?
Our headquarters is in Canada, but the shipping dispatching location depends on the product, brand, or shipping method. Orders may ship from South Korea, Canada, or the United States.
Do I really need the shipping insurance (SavedBy Package Protection)?
We strongly recommend keeping it, as it covers any damages, loss, or theft during delivery. This is especially important for Bigtent Direct and Explore orders, since they involve international shipping.
If you choose to opt out, please note that Bigtent Outdoors will not be able to assist with shipping-related problems, as we won’t have the tools to file claims on your behalf.
How can I claim my warranty?
Bigtent Direct (BD) products follow a separate warranty policy.
Most other products, including Bigtent Explore(BE) products, are covered under our General Warranty, but please note that some exceptions may apply.
