Notice Regarding Agora Inner Fabric

Unlike standard transparent PU coatings, the Agora inner fabric uses a tone-on-tone coating method, where the coating is tinted to match the tent’s skin color. Due to the nature of this process, visible patterns or repeated linear streaks—such as those shown in the image below—may appear during production. While we take great care to maintain a consistent coating thickness and produce fabric in as uniform a color as possible, slight variations may occur, and color inconsistencies cannot be completely eliminated.

These phenomena are unavoidable characteristics of the T&T Pigment Coating process. As such, returns or exchanges due to these issues will not be accepted. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Important Information Before Purchase

⚠️ Mesh Bunching or Loose Threads

MinimalWorks products are made from premium materials with outstanding breathability. However, due to the nature of the manufacturing process, minor snags or fraying on the mesh, as shown in the photo, may occasionally occur.

⚠️ Pole Surface Scratches

Light surface scratches may occur on poles during production, shipping, or assembly.
Photos are for reference. The appearance of scratches can vary depending on the pole material and color.

⚠️ Fabric Marks, Yarn Bunching

Marks may appear on the fabric from dyeing, sewing lubricant (machine oil), or other production steps.
Such traces tend to be more visible on lighter colors.
