Which tent does it fit?
It is made for the the Earth Geo-Air 4 tent. It is not sized for other tents.
How does it attach?
It joins to the tent body with a dedicated zipper — no hooks and no separate pegging.
Is the fabric the same in every colour?
No. Black uses 75D Poly Honey Comb 210T with PU coating; Grey and Tan use 75D Poly Ripstop 190T with PU coating. All three are rated to 3,000 mm.
What does 3,000 mm water resistance mean?
It is the hydrostatic head rating of the coated fabric — a standard measure of how much water pressure it holds back before seeping.
How does it pack away?
A storage pouch is included. Packed, it measures 23 x 40 x 5 cm and weighs 1.35 kg.
BigTent's take
We added this one for Geo-Air 4 owners who want the front closed without giving up the view. The panel is clear, so the tent stays sealed while you can still see what the weather and the light are doing outside.
The zipper matters more than it sounds. It runs along the tent body instead of relying on hooks or extra pegging, so there is no gap along the seam for wind or dust to work through, and you can take it off as quickly as you put it on.
It packs into its own pouch at 1.35 kg, which is easy to keep in the tent bag and bring only when the forecast asks for it.
