The Wide Cot 80 gives you 80 cm / 31.5 in of sleeping width, enough to roll onto your side, bend a knee and keep your shoulders and elbows on the cot. The full surface is 200 × 80 cm (78.7 × 31.5 in), held under tension so it stays flat from head to foot instead of sagging in the middle.
Four leg frames and sixteen 7075 duralumin poles carry that tension and a load of up to 200 kg / 441 lb spread evenly. Set the legs high at 40 cm / 15.7 in to sit on it like a bench and stow bags underneath, or drop them to 23 cm / 9.1 in inside a low tent or a vehicle.
It is the floor of the Neo Nest 80 system: the cot tents are cut to this exact width and the Sky Mat Wave 77 sits on it edge to edge, all sold separately. Packed to 72 × 20 × 17 cm (28.3 × 7.9 × 6.7 in) at about 5 kg / 11 lb, it rides in the vehicle rather than on your back.
WIDE COT 80
80 cm / 31.5 in of taut width keeps your shoulders and elbows on the cot when you roll over. The full surface is 200 × 80 cm (78.7 × 31.5 in).
Four leg frames and sixteen 7075 duralumin poles hold the seat taut from head to foot, so it stays flat under your back. Rated to 200 kg / 441 lb, spread evenly.
23 cm / 9.1 in clears low tent and shelter ceilings. 40 cm / 15.7 in turns it into a bench by day, with room for bags and boots underneath.
Rotate the arm pole 270 degrees and press it onto the side pole until the button pops out. Press handle and button together to release.
Buckle a second Wide Cot 80 alongside and the seats meet with no gap, each on its own frame. Second cot sold separately.
Side pockets with a cup slot hang on both sides. Webbing loops take a carabiner, and a band across the seat holds a sleeping pad in place.
Two height modes
Pick the height the night calls for. High mode stands at 40 cm (15.7 in) and leaves room to slide bags and boots under the cot. Low mode drops it to 23 cm (9.1 in) for a low tent ceiling or a vehicle, and the leg poles stay attached when you switch.

What to expect
A wide, firm cot for camps you drive to
200 × 80 cm (78.7 × 31.5 in) of sleeping surface on a 7075 duralumin frame, rated to 200 kg / 441 lb with the load spread evenly. Two heights: 40 cm / 15.7 in and 23 cm / 9.1 in.
Not a backpacking cot
Packed it is 72 × 20 × 17 cm (28.3 × 7.9 × 6.7 in) and about 5 kg / 11 lb. It belongs in a vehicle, not on a trail.
The first assembly takes some force
The seat is cut tight so it stays flat, so stretching it onto the frame takes effort the first few times. Wear gloves, seat the leg-frame groove onto the side pole, and press the handle until the button clicks. A leg sitting slightly off the ground before anyone lies down is normal.
The floor of the Neo Nest 80 system
The Neo Nest 80 cot tents and the Sky Mat Wave 77 pad are cut to this cot's 200 × 80 cm surface. All sold separately. Tents from other makers are not tested on this frame.
The Mount River Neo Nest 80 cot tents are built for it. They also fit cots with the same frame structure and attachment method; cots and tents from other makers may not match even at identical dimensions. The tents are sold separately.
200 kg / 441 lb, with the load spread evenly across the cot. Keep weight off a single spot, and do not let children jump on it.
72 × 20 × 17 cm (28.3 × 7.9 × 6.7 in) in the included carry bag, at about 5 kg / 11 lb. The box holds four folding leg frames, two side poles, the seat, 16 swivel foot covers (one for each leg end) and the carry bag.
No. That is normal for a high-tension frame; the legs settle once someone lies on the cot and the load spreads across all four frames. The first assembly also takes some force to stretch the seat, and it gets easier once the seat settles in.
Wipe the seat with a soft cloth dampened with water, or with a neutral outdoor detergent rinsed off fully. Do not machine wash or tumble dry. Dry the cot before it goes into the bag, and set it up on flat, firm ground away from heat.
This cot is the floor plan of the whole Neo Nest system, and on its own it fixes the thing I mind most about camp cots: not being able to turn over. 80 cm / 31.5 in of taut fabric means you roll onto your side without a shoulder going off the edge. I run it low at 23 cm / 9.1 in inside a small shelter and high at 40 cm / 15.7 in when it doubles as a bench. Two honest notes: at about 5 kg / 11 lb it is a car-camping cot, and the seat tension is deliberately firm, so the first assembly takes more force than you expect. That firmness is the payoff, a flat surface that does not hammock in the middle.
